Strong Body Strong Bones – Thursday Class
Exercise strengthens bones and muscles and improves balance, coordination, and flexibility, key for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Join us for a fitness class with light aerobics and weight exercises designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
During this 12-week class we will use weights, a playground ball and an exercise band. While at home, use water bottles, a small pillow and a scarf or belt. IN-PERSON CLASS LIMITED TO 14. Instructor: Karen Kelly
